Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Peptide Dept is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. Peptide Dept reserves the right to require signature confirmation on orders at its discretion. If an issue occurs during transit, customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim when applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final — returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
